Winter is here and with that, time to dig out the shovels, have the car winter-ready with winter tires, tire chains, winter window washer fluids and a winter survival kit, just to name a few. In Germany, as well as in much of the United States, you are obliged by law to follow the guidelines when it comes to snow removal.
