As Donald Trump demolishes the US government and sues people who don’t obey him as well as makes irrational statements about the upcoming elections, the question boils down to not only whether the US is now a fascist state (which I can positively say yes to, unfortunately) but also if there is anything we can do to stop him at all. Lee McGowan is a podcaster who has a weekly program called Politics Girl, which looks at the wrongs of the US under the Trump Regime. I have subscribed to her podcast and after having watched many of her episodes, it is highly recommended as she speaks from the point of view of someone who has seen it all.
In this podcast, she interviews Joana Johnson, a teacher from Canada who also has a podcast called Unlearn 16, a witty podcast that looks at the US and Trump, from an outsider’s perspective, intending to bring the topic to a level with viewers of all ages. In this interview, Ms McGeown and Ms Johnson discuss the state of affairs of the US, how Trump’s policies should not be surprising given the previous attempts in history, how flawed (and rotten) Trump’s regime really is, and how it is more important than ever to defend the Constitution, given the fact that both the Legislative and Judicial Branches have been spayed, and the media neutered. It’s a bad time to be a man at this point unless you can smashmouth those who trash the most important document of the US government. After watching this podcast, I can highly recommend tuning in and thinking about what was discussed. Unlearn16 is also a highly recommended source to check out (click here).
