Guessing Quiz: Thanksgiving in America

Photo by Tima Miroshnichenko on Pexels.com

In 2018, I put together a quiz that focused on not only Thanksgiving, but also American Food, designed with a purpose that people would understand how the holiday and American food go together. A few weeks ago, as I was preparing for an open house at a school I’m teaching, I dug out this quiz only to realize that one could separate the two topics and make separate quizzes- one on American Food and one on how to fry the turkey. The reason, one can add more to each quiz without making it too long and to a certain extent, boring.

While you can try the combined and shorted version of the quiz (click here), this first part will focus on the Thanksgiving tradition itself, with a couple additional questions for you to enjoy. There’s another versionof the American Food Quiz that you can take right after doing this quiz. Click here to try it. Both are presented on the day where we give thanks for what we’ve achieved and for what we have, which is family and friends. So without further ado:
