Paddington Bear Visits the Queen

One of the biggest highlights of the Queen’s 70th Anniversary of Royalty had to do with one particular bear. Paddington Bear was the work of writer Michael Bond and illunstrator Peggy Fortnum and made his debut in 1958. More than 20 book series, ten TV series and two films later, the bear from the Darkest Peru has become a household name for Great Britain and beyond. To mark the occasion, Paddington visits the Queen on her 70th anniversary of her rule and all I can say, orange marmalade can make anyone’s day, especially to the lady aiming for that century mark.

Enjoy the clip. 🙂 ❤
