According to the 20th Amendment of the US Constitution, the US President is obliged to leave the White House at no later than 12:00pm on 20 January. It would be hard to imagine Donald Trump, the loser of the 2020 US Presidential Elections to refuse to leave. Yet, given the latest developments, unless he stages a military coup similar to what we saw in Uganda, Chile and even Germany in the past, analysts and even this guest writer believe his legal actions are all going to be in vain, Trump will have to concede and step aside for Joe Biden, right?
