This guest column originated from the platform Medium and looks at many ways states are reacting to the CoVid 19 Lockdown, especially when it is time to lift them and people try to return to normal. When looking at the likes of the US, Brazil, Turkey, Russia and even countries of the former Communist bloc (Poland, Czechia and Hungary), this type of action has already taken place during the outbreak of Corona, but with more casualties than those that are imposing the lockdown (like Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Scandanavia and countries in southern Asia). This article looks at the dangers of gaslighting and what we as a society need to do to figure this out and stop this before an even bigger disaster happens.
